Overall logic
The “On- demand” events tab will be displayed if the following conditions are met:

The “On-demand” sessions tab is managed as separate page (Admin panel → Management → Sessions-> Config → Show on-demand events in all sessions list checkbox is unmarked)

At last one active on-demand event is available for current time period

There are visibility restrictions settings for the event for the user account being used
Page features

Search → By event name

Filter → By default available filters are by Tracks, by Tags, by Types, by Product Categories

Filter visibility can be managed under Management → Exhibitor Events → Filters

Filters are the same for all events, regardless of whether they are on-demand or not

After successful filtering. relevant results will be displayed

Events cards that display:

Event image

If no image has been added, a placeholder image will be shown. This is not dependent on the setting “display image placeholders” because on the image we have a “play” button since the video doesn’t start playing automatically when the session page is opened

Exhibitor owner logo → This is interactive and redirects to the exhibitor public page (permissions matrix settings apply for current page)

Event tags (may be not managed)

Event description (may not be managed)

Event speakers/moderators (permissions matrix/GDPR settings apply for current page) ( may not be managed )

Event contacts (permissions matrix/GDPR settings apply for current page) (may not be managed)

Session sponsors (may not be managed) → buttons are interactive and after tapping on the sponsor card the user will be redirected.

If the sponsor is an exhibitor, the user will be redirected to the exhibitor page

If the sponsor is not an exhibitor, the user will be redirected to the sponsor site. If a link has not been added, the button will not be interactive and the screen will remain unchanged
