App Exhibitor Event Page
Feature Purpose:
Provides details about a particular exhibitor event
Working with this Feature:
Event image:
The Event image can be configured from the Admin Panel → Management → Sessions
Event Countdown:
The timer displays the time left until the event goes live from now in the fixed format Weeks, days, hours and minutes.
Event Track: The event track tag is visible on the event card below the event image, showing the general theme/topic of the event. ( on event/ session profile page displayed in full size ( on events/ sessions list displayed truncate in 1 row)
When the Event is live a ‘Live’ tag is visible on the event card showing that the event is taking place.
Event info:
Event Exhibitor owner - Shows exhibitor who provide session ( Based on permission matrix)
Event Date - Shows the date when the event will take place.
Event Time - Shows the time of the day when the event will take place.
Event Location - Shows the location where the event is taking place. The event location can either be “Online” in case of an online session, or it can be taking place at some particular Hall and Stand, or else it can be an custom location that is set by the organiser.
Event Type - Shows the type of the event that is taking place.
Tags:
Subject tags in the event info shows all the tags related to that event.
Description:
A event description tells you all about what a event is going to be like. It gives you details like what the event is about, what you'll learn, who it's for, how long it lasts, and how it's going to be taught. It helps you decide if you want to join the event or not. And for the organiser running the event, it helps them plan and make sure they cover everything they need to.
Sponsor block:
Sponsors appear on the event cards without any interaction button as they don’t have any profiles on the event platform. However, clicking on them will take the user to the sponsor’s website set up by the organiser.
Tapping on the exhibitor card in the event will open the exhibitor's profile. If the user is logged in they can interact(favourite, message and send meeting request) to the exhibitor right from the exhibitor’s card.
Speakers/Moderators/Contact persons
Based on the permission matrix and the network opt-in the users can see the Speakers / Moderators and Contact Persons on the event profile cards.
Taping on any profile card opened public profile of selected account
Interaction Buttons:
When the event is over the tag ‘Session is over’ is displayed on the event card
In case the event is online, a ‘Join Room’ button will appear on the event card using which users can join the event.
Event location (if applicable) also appears on the event card, for example: Conference Hall in the above image.
