App Brand Page

Feature Purpose:

App page that displays the brand profile page.

Working with this Feature:

• Brand logo or placeholder: Displays a brand's logo or a placeholder image

• Brand name: Displays the name of the brand

• Brand Description: Displays a description of the brand. (Managed from the front end via an Exhibitor's profile page).

• Related to brand exhibitors cards: Associates exhibitor cards with a brand based on permission settings (Networking & Matchmaking >> Manage Permissions).

• Brand product categories: Displays the product categories associated with the brand

• Related to brand product cards: Displays product cards related to the brand. Product card content includes product name, exhibitor name and description, and a favorite button.

• Favorite button for current brand: Allows app users to mark the current brand as a favorite for easy access or reference.

Troubleshooting:

• Issue: Brands and/or related updates not visible in the app
  - Verify whether you have the latest version of the mobile app installed
  - Force close the mobile app (For Android users also clear the app cache)
  - Log out and log back in

• Issue: Filters not displaying correct search
  - Unlike the web, which allows finding Brands by keywords with Elastic Search, the mobile app does not have this function. It's only possible to find brands by their exact name.

• Social icon and website links are not currently available in the mobile app
