Exhibitor Manual

The Exhibitor Manual is a module that allows organizers to gather necessary information and requests from exhibitors for the upcoming event and allows exhibitors to order items for their stand.

The Exhibitor Manual resembles a list for exhibitors, providing them with the ability to input information, allowing them to purchase specific items, and highlighting what is needed for a successful event.

Manual Sections

  • Documents section: This section is utilized when organizers require exhibitors to review or sign specific documents.

  • Service Badges: This section is used to collect information from exhibitors regarding their service staff for badge preparation.

Please note: service badges are for onsite service staff such as stand builders, hostesses, etc. and not for the exhibitor’s team of salespeople (called “Team Members” in our platform) who will be manning the stand and interacting with event visitors.

  • Service Badges do not include a QR code or lead retrieval information

  • Someone registered for a service badge will NOT have a platform profile while a Team Member will

  • Table Form: Enables organizers to easily generate a table with any essential information they need.

  • Equipment: Used to set up a shop, where exhibitors can buy necessary equipment for their event.

  • Lead Capture: Used when exhibitors need to buy lead capture (Team members or per Exhibitor).

  • Manual Summary: Provides an overview of all sections in the exhibitor manual allowing the exhibitor to review submitted and pending sections and make final edits before submission.

  • Team Members: allows exhibitors and admin team members to add more team members to their exhibitor profile. The number of team members that can be added is controlled through global settings.

  • Edit Profile: allows exhibitors to update their profile information
