Overview
As of July 2026 (Release 4, live 22 Jul 2026), the mobile app Calendar View (Week Glance and Day Detail) now displays Exhibitor Events alongside organizer-created sessions — when the corresponding admin setting is enabled.
Visitors browsing the sessions calendar in the app see a unified view of all available sessions (organizer-created and exhibitor-created) without having to navigate to a separate Exhibitor Events section. Exhibitor events are visually distinguishable from regular sessions so visitors can identify them at a glance.
How to use it
Admin setup
To enable Exhibitor Events in the App Calendar View:

Navigate to the Exhibitor Events configuration section in the Admin Panel.

Enable the setting "Include Exhibitor Events in Sessions".

Save. Once enabled, exhibitor events are automatically fetched and displayed in the Calendar View in the mobile app.
When the setting is disabled, exhibitor events are excluded from the calendar view entirely — only organizer-created sessions appear.
Visitor experience in the mobile app
When the "Include Exhibitor Events in Sessions" setting is enabled:

Open the mobile app and navigate to the Sessions section.

Select the Calendar View (Week Glance shows the full week; Day Detail shows sessions for a single day).

Exhibitor events appear alongside regular sessions in both views.

Exhibitor event cards are visually distinguishable from regular sessions — identifiable via a badge, colour coding, or label — so visitors can tell them apart at a glance.

Overlaps: When exhibitor events overlap in time with other sessions or with each other, they follow the same Cascade Overlap Layout as regular sessions. If too many events overlap, the standard "+N More" overflow indicator appears.

Tapping a card: Tapping an exhibitor event card opens its detail view — the same interaction behaviour as tapping a regular session card.
