Sponsors Block

Feature Purpose:

The current feature allows to display on the website only sponsor exhibitors. The information is being extracted from the Sponsor’s module on the backend (Management > Sponsors)

Working with this Feature: 

In the Website builder, by clicking on the "Add Block" button in the Dynamic Content section, under the Sponsor subsection, five different blocks are available. These blocks can either be dragged into the builder or added by clicking on the pop-up function "Add this block".

The difference between these blocks is only how the crads with sponsors logos will be displayed, in any case it will consist of Header, text, button and sponor’s cards. 

First block: By default eight sponsor cards with action buttons, primary text and secondary text and one button, works as carousel.

Second block: By default twelve sponsor cards are arranged in three rows of four columns without action buttons, primary text and secondary text, and one button.

Third block: By default twelve sponsor cards are arranged in two rows of six columns without action buttons, primary text and secondary text, and one button. 

Fourth block: By default four sponsor cards are arranged in a row, with action buttons (carousel), primary text and secondary text, and one button.

Fifth block:  By default four sponsor cards arranged in a row, with action buttons, primary text and secondary text and one button.

Common block settings

1. Interval between block elements. It can be manually adjusted by stretching the interval or by entering a distance, ranging from 1 to 200.

2. Typography settings - blocks that contain text. Available for customization: text color and its style. In the "Show Font Setting" tab, the following settings are available for customization:

• Font name, weight, size

• Alignment

• Case

• Decoration

3. Button settings - contains the option of button customization. Button style, background color, size and shape, corner radius, border radius and color, shadow settings.

4. Button position settings - left, center, right

5. Button link settings - select a page where the user should land after the button is clicked.

6. Sponsors settings in the block - general settings of the block. Consists of General, Sponsors and Dev sections.

• General section: Section background (color or image), text Title and Subtitle on/off settings, text width, line divider and its settings (border color and parameters), button turn off/on

• Sponsors section - current setting defines which sponsor categories should be displayed in this block. 

Types of sponsors to be displayed (whole sponsors category or a specific sponsor), sorting (random, alphabetic, invereted), sponsor category to be displayed. 

• Dev settings in the block:
  Anchor is an ID that can be selected in links (clicked on a link, it directs and scrolls directly to the corresponding block).
  Data-styleid - input a custom word there, and a block with CSS appears to input styles.

For each block, the following options are available:

• Move the block up by one position.

• Move the block down by one position.

• Duplicate the block.

• In the "More actions" button, you can add the block to the Favorite section, deactivate the block, or delete the block.

Sponsors cards settings

First block: Number of cards displayed simultaneously (2 - 8), total number of slides (8 - 24), cards display (slider or static), cards alignment (left, center, right), carousel arrows (color, background color, thickness), autoplay slideshow turn on/off, autoplay speed

Second block: Number of cards (6 - 12), cards alignment (left, center, right)

Third block: Number of cards displayed simultaneously (2 - 8), total number of slides (8 - 24), cards display (slider or static), cards alignment (left, center, right), carousel arrows (color, background color, thickness), autoplay slideshow turn on/off, autoplay speed

Fourth block:  Number of cards displayed simultaneously (2 - 4), total number of slides (8 - 24), cards display (slider or static), cards alignment (left, center, right), carousel arrows (color, background color, thickness), autoplay slideshow turn on/off, autoplay speed

Fifth block: Number of cards displayed simultaneously (2 - 5), total number of slides (8 - 24), cards display (slider or static), cards alignment (left, center, right), carousel pagination (dots/numbers, color settings ), carousel arrows (color, background color, thickness), autoplay slideshow turn on/off, autoplay speed

Troubleshooting: 

The block may not be displayed on the site for one of two reasons: 

1. Searching for these filters did not find anything.

2. The user cannot see elements due to the permission matrix.

The sponsors you have chosen are currently not being displayed - instead, placeholders are shown. To see the final result, please review the block in the preview.

In case any sponsors are showing or not showing when they should, firstly the Sponsors module in management should be checked.
