Meeting Limits (Opt-in speed networking)
The limits below are taken into account during meetings generation.
Exhibitor
Category settings pop-up
Setting name is “Sponsored meetings limit”. By default this setting is enabled and with value of 10.
When value is set to 0, no sponsored meetings are allowed.
When toggle is turned off, there is no limit and unlimited meetings are allowed
Exhibitor profile settings
Setting name is “Sponsored meetings limit“.
Available restriction sources are custom and category. By default the category restriction is applied.
Available limit values: “Limit: __” and “Unlimited“.
Available on/off switch values: ON and OFF.
When switch is set to OFF, then limit indicator shows “Unlimited“ and input field is hidden.
Participant
In the participant category settings pop-up, in the “Onsite meetings“ section the setting name is “Is a buyer (Opt-in Speed Networking)“.
By default the toggle is turned OFF.
When enabled the participant is perceived as a buyer in the Opt-in Speed Networking sessions.
When the “Is a buyer (Opt-in Speed Networking)“ toggle is turned ON, the “Buyer meetings limit“ toggle and the “Number of limit“ input field appear.
By default the “Buyer meetings limit“ is turned ON and input field has value “10”. That means that the Buyer participant role can have a maximum 10 meetings (free and sponsored) during one Opt-in Speed Networking session.
When the “Buyer meetings limit“ is turned OFF, then users of the Buyer participant role have no limits.
If number of limit is set to “0“, then no meetings are allowed for Buyer participants of this category in the Opt-in Speed Networking sessions.
