Email notifications

Email templates are located in the list of templates at /admin/appointments/emails, separated from other templates by the heading "Opt-in Speed Networking".

"Added to the session (Exhibitor)" — sent immediately after being added to the session pre-registration list. Only for exhibitors.
"Added to the session" — sent after being added to the pre-registration list. Receiver Roles: Buyer, Team Member, Participant, Meeting Sponsor.
"Removed from the session" — sent after being removed from the pre-registered list.
"Personal schedule" — sent when "Send final schedules" checkpoint is reached.
"Team schedule (Exhibitor)" — sent when "Send final schedules" checkpoint is reached. Only for exhibitors.
"Session leads" — sent when the session is over. Contains Excel file with meeting opponent info.
"Team Member upgrade" — sent when Team Member is upgraded to Meeting Sponsor by Exhibitor.
"Team Member downgrade" — sent when Meeting Sponsor is downgraded to Team Member by Exhibitor.

In-platform Notifications

In-platform and in-app notifications (including push notifications) are triggered by session events such as being added/removed, schedule ready, role changes, and session completion.

Pre-matched (Opt-in) Speed Networking sessions send push notifications on iOS and Android for all key lifecycle events of a session. The notifications mirror the platform notifications already triggered by the same events, so participants and exhibitors receive a push on their mobile device alongside the existing in-app/bell notification.

Notifications sent

In the tables below, {Session name} is replaced with the speed networking session name, {Role} with the recipient's role in that session (Buyer, Team Member, Participant or Meeting Sponsor), {Exhibitor name} with the exhibitor's company name, and {Sponsored meetings limit} with the number of sponsored meetings allowed for that exhibitor.
