Speed Networking
There are 2 types of speed networking: check-in and opt-in.
With check-in, a speed networking session taking place at a certain time is promoted to event participants and those who are interested in taking part in the speed networking session show up shortly before the start of the session. Each person then has their badge scanned using the ExpoPlatform check-in app and that person is then added to the speed networking session participant pool.
With opt-in, the organizer sets up registration for the session in advance, gathering information about their interests and preferences. Users who complete the registration form then become part of the speed networking session.
With both types:
Users receive an AI-generated list of potential matches and then mark each as relevant or not relevant
A specially designed algorithm analyzes the collected data and automatically pairs participants who best match each other’s interests and goals.
Organizers can review the automatically created meeting schedules and make adjustments if needed, ensuring the best experience for all participants.
Once everything is set, participants receive their meeting schedules
