Meeting Formats

The Meeting Formats section

In the admin panel, Speed Networking, Meeting Program, Concierge Meetings, Round Tables and Exhibitor Events are now grouped under a single top-level Meeting Formats section.

Each format keeps its own settings, schedule, participants, and email templates, but they share consistent navigation and a common Module Management toggle for turning each format on or off per event.

Meeting Program

Pre-event one-to-one meetings booked into participants' personal schedules across the event's full duration.

Algorithm-driven from voting / Super Relevant / Relevant markings. Two generation runs. Sponsored and Free meetings.

Speed Networking

Timeboxed multi-round networking sessions where participants rotate between short meetings.

Round-based pairing within a single session.

Concierge Meetings

Curated, pre-arranged meetings at fixed tables, typically used for VIP or buyer-seller programmes where the organiser hand-picks attendees and times.

Manually curated by the organiser; tables and zones are configured ahead of time.

Expert-led themed discussions

Participants indicate which topics they're interested in

Exhibitor Events

Events created by exhibitors and approved by organisers

Participants register if interested

Concierge Meetings was previously called "Table Meetings" in the admin panel. The toggle on the Module Management page and the section name have been updated but the functionality is unchanged.
