Platform Performance Analytics

Overview

The Admin Panel Analytics Dashboard now includes a dedicated Platform Performance page with five new data components, giving organisers a comprehensive view of platform-wide user activity across the full event lifecycle.

Component 1 — Platform Login Activity
Stacked bar chart showing Web vs. App logins, with an overlay line for unique logins. KPI cards: Total Logins, Web Logins, App Logins, Unique Logins, Average Logins per User. Customer Service logins are excluded. User type filter: All / Visitors / Exhibitors / Team Members.

Component 2 — Active Users Over Time
Stacked bar chart: Active Attendees vs. Active Exhibitors. "Active" = user with at least one profile field updated (partially completed profile or better).

Component 3 — Favourites Analytics
Stacked area chart split by entity type: Sessions, Products, Exhibitors. KPI cards accompany the chart. Drill-down available to see the top favourited entities in each category.

Component 4 — Page Visits Over Time
Multi-line chart: Home Page visits and Sessions Page visits over time. Expandable to include Exhibitor List and Product List pages. Source: Analytics → Accounts Activity → Actions tab.

Component 5 — User Engagement Summary
Donut chart: Completed Profile / Partially Completed / No Action users. KPI cards showing percentages. Role filter: All / Attendees / Exhibitors. Snapshot taken as of the selected end date.

Filters (all components): Date range (default: full event range), granularity (hourly for live days / daily / weekly), user type filter, page selector for Component 4.

How to use it

To access the Platform Performance dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Admin Panel → Analytics → Dashboard.

  2. Select the Platform Performance tab or section.

  3. Use the date range picker to set the period you want to analyse (default: full event range).

  4. Use the granularity toggle to switch between hourly (live-day detail), daily, and weekly views.

  5. Use the user type filter to narrow data to All, Visitors, Exhibitors, or Team Members.

  6. For Component 4 (Page Visits), use the page selector to add or remove Exhibitor List and Product List from the multi-line chart.

  7. For Component 3 (Favourites), click on a chart segment to drill down to the top favourited entities in that category.
