Email Notification Analytics

Feature Purpose:

Provides detailed information about emails sent by the platform to users, including whether they were delivered successfully or if any errors occurred during the sending process.

Working with this Feature:

To access General Analytics, navigate to the Analytics module and select "General."

Upon opening General Analytics, you will find several tabs within this section.

Click on the Email Notifications tab to open this page:

The table displays all emails sent to participants, including details such as the creation date and time, the template used, and the delivery status. You can apply filters based on email or template, and the data can be exported to an XLS file.

Elements of the page

  1. Pagination - option to show 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50 or 100 rows on the page. There is also a page switcher with the total number of pages.

  2. FIlters - search by the email address and email template used.

  3. Export XLS - for downloading an XLS with all the info about email notifications. File contains all the info in this tab regardless of selected filters. The column headers in the file are the same as on the main page.

  4. Table:

  • Created - time email was created.

  • Email - email address the email was sent to

  • Template - which template was used (can be any template throughout the whole platform)

  • Status - the result of the email that was sent:

    • Sent - the email was sent successfully.

    • Error: Unknown error - some error occurred so the email wasn’t sent.


Note - Sorting is also available in the Created, Email, Template and Status columns.
