Real-Time Meetings Dashboard
The real-time meeting dashboard enables the simultaneous exchange of information regarding the meetings happening on the live days for the event and gives the information about each meeting to be further used by the organiser to monitor no-shows, and can quickly reach out to these users.
Go to Analytics → Real-Time Meetings. It is divided into three types of meetings : Past Meetings, Current Meetings, and Future Meetings.
On opening the dashboard you will see the information ranging from meeting status, description, meeting run time etc. All of these details are explained below:
Top layer: Status, Date, Time, Subject, Description, meeting run time/meeting duration
Status: Red circle if one party has not shown up and the meeting has started, or if neither party has shown up. Green if both parties are in the room.
Date: Date of the meeting
Time; Time of the meeting
Description: Description of the meeting
Meeting Run time: The actual time consumed from the total meeting length
Meeting Duration: The duration for which the meeting is confirmed
Information Layer:
Initiator Information: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Job Title, Category, email, phone, time joined, time in the room
Receiver Information: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Job Title, Category, email, phone, time joined, time in the room
Time in room: The amount of the time user stays in the room.
Time joined: The time at which the meeting was joined
