Real-Time Meetings Dashboard

Feature Purpose:

The real-time meeting dashboard enables the simultaneous exchange of information about meetings occurring during the live event days. It provides detailed information on each meeting, allowing organizers to monitor no-shows and quickly reach out to those users.

Working with this Feature:

To access the dashboard, navigate to the Analytics module and click on “Real Time Meetings". You’ll then see the dashboard with 3 tabs - past meetings, current meetings, future meetings. On the page you’ll find information about both meetings and attendees and you can search by first name, last name, email or company name across all 3 tabs.

Status Indicator

Information about the meeting

  • Status - a red circle indicates that one party has not shown up and the meeting has started, or that neither party has shown up. A green circle indicates that both parties are in the room.​⬤

  • Meeting ID

  • Date - Date of the meeting

  • Time - Time of the meeting

  • Subject - title of the meeting

  • Description - Description of the meeting

  • Meeting Run Time - The actual time consumed from the total meeting length.

  • Meeting Duration - The duration for which the meeting is confirmed.​

Information about attendees

  • Account type - can be initiator or receiver

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company Name

  • Job Title

  • Category - participant’s or exhibitor’s category.

  • Email - email address

  • Phone - phone number

  • Time in Room: The amount of time the user stayed in the room.

  • Time Joined: The time at which the meeting was joined.
