Online Sessions Analytics

Feature Purpose:

Provides statistics about online sessions conducted on ExpoPlatform, which can also be exported in a .xls file. Please note that on-demand analytics are not included in Online Sessions Analytics but are reported on separately as outlined in this article.

Working with this Feature:

To access Online Sessions Analytics, navigate to the Analytics module and click on “Online Sessions". On this page you’ll find General info (stats on all online sessions excluding on-demand sessions) and Day info (stats on the sessions held on that specific date) along with Sessions details (information on those specific sessions).

General info

  • Total subscribed minutes - how much time all users spent in the sessions.

  • Total Breakout minutes - how much time all users spent in the Breakout sessions

  • Total Livestream minutes - how much time all users spent in the Livestream sessions

  • Total sessions - total number of sessions.

  • Average number of participants per session - is counted by the following formula: number of participants/Total sessions.

  • Average subscribed minutes per session - is counted by the following formula: Total subscribed minutes/Total sessions.

  • Number of unique users who have had session - number of users who attended any session at least once.

Day info

  • Total subscribed minutes - how much time all users spent on the sessions.

  • Total sessions - total number of sessions.

  • Average number of participants per session - is counted by the following formula: number of participants/Total sessions.

  • Average subscribed minutes per session - is counted by the following formula: Total subscribed minutes/Total sessions.

  • Number of unique users who have had session - number of users who attended any session at least once.

Sessions

  • Session ID

  • Session Type - can be Breakout, Livestream, and External.

  • Session Date

  • Session Title

  • Participants count - the number of participants attending the session.

  • Subscribed time - the accumulated amount of time all participants spent on the session.

Clicking on a particular session will display information about the attendees who participated. Information includes:

  • Account ID

  • Account type - it can be visitor, exhibitor owner, buyer, or team member.

  • Account Name/Surname

  • Company Name

  • Account Country

  • Account Agent - only for the buyer.

  • Subscribed time - the time user spent at the session.
