Released June 2026
The Admin Panel Analytics Dashboard now includes a dedicated Attendee Analytics page with two new data components giving organisers visibility into attendee registration counts, profile completion rates, and engagement trends.
Component 1 — Attendee Count & Profile Completion
Stacked bar chart showing attendees grouped by profile completion: Completed, Partially Completed, No Action (measured by whether the attendee has filled in website, social media, and interest categories). An overlay line shows cumulative unique attendee logins over time. KPI cards: Total Attendees, Completed %, Partially Completed %, No Action %, Login Rate %.
An "Attendee" for this component = a Visitor-role user with the Attendee participant category. Exhibitor categories and Team Members are excluded. Login deduplication excludes Team Members.
Drill-down is available: clicking a bar segment opens a list of individual attendees in that completion status group.
Component 2 — Attendee Engagement Rate Over Time
Dual-line chart showing two engagement metrics over time:
-
Attendee Engagement Status % — percentage of attendees who have updated at least one profile field (updated ≥1 field / total attendees)
-
Attendee Login Status % — percentage of attendees who have logged in at least once (logged in ≥1 / total attendees)
Filters: Date range (default: full event range), granularity (daily / weekly), participant category filter (if the event has multiple attendee categories).
