Edit Profile Section
Feature Purpose:
The Edit Profile Section is a default, non-deletable section in the Exhibitor Manual that allows exhibitors to update their profile information. This section ensures that vendors are notified of exhibitor updates (if Vendor notifications are enabled in Global settings).
Working with this Feature:
Default & Visibility Settings:
This section cannot be deleted but can be turned off if necessary.
It serves as a prompt for exhibitors to complete their profile.
Synchronization with Exhibitor Page:
The Edit Profile Section is fully synchronized with the Edit Profile tab on the exhibitor’s page.
Any updates made in one place automatically reflect in the other.

Please note- at the bottom of the page, there is a language selector where the exhibitor can choose the language in which he prefers to receive emails.
Deadline Considerations:
If a deadline is set for this section, it applies only to this section in the Exhibitor Manual.
The deadline does not affect the Edit Profile tab on the exhibitor’s page.
Vendor Notifications:
If Vendor Notifications are enabled in Global Settings, vendors will receive an update when exhibitors submit their profile information in this section.
NOTE: To ensure vendors receive notifications by email, the toggle must be enabled in Global Settings AND the email template must be set and enabled.

The deadline does not affect the Edit Profile tab on the exhibitor’s page.
Troubleshooting:
Exhibitors Can’t Access the Edit Profile Section:
Check if the section is enabled in the Exhibitor Manual settings.
Vendors Not Receiving Notifications:
Verify that Vendor Notifications are enabled in Global Settings.
Confirm that the email template is set and enabled for vendor notifications.
Deadline Applied but Exhibitors Can Still Edit Profile on Their Page:
The deadline only restricts edits within the Exhibitor Manual but does not affect the Edit Profile tab on the exhibitor’s page.
