Manual Summary

Feature Purpose:

The Summary Section provides an overview of all sections in the exhibitor manual. It allows Exhibitors to review submitted and pending sections and make final edits before submission.

Working with this Feature:

1. Editing the Summary

   • A "Edit" button is available in the top right corner.

   • Clicking this button redirects the user to the respective section for modifications.

   • Edits are only possible before the deadline has passed.

Email Notifications

• Just like other sections of the exhibitor manual, email notifications are associated with the summary.

• Organizers can receive notifications when an exhibitor submits the summary.
  

  

Submit Button Control

• There is a Global Setting option: "Disable Submit button on the Summary Page".

• If enabled, exhibitors cannot submit the summary.

Troubleshooting:

1. Exhibitor Cannot Edit the Summary

   • Check if the submission deadline has passed.

   • Ensure the user has the correct permissions to edit the section.

2. Email Notifications Not Sent

   • Verify that email notifications for summary submission are enabled.

   • Check if the email service is active in the system settings.

3. Submit Button Missing on the Summary Page

   • Confirm if the "Disable Submit button on the Summary Page" setting is enabled in Global Settings.
