Exhibitor View for Organisers
Feature Purpose:
The Exhibitor View for Organisers feature allows organiser admins to review exhibitor details, including purchases, submitted and unsubmitted pages, along with other key information. It also provides filtering and reporting capabilities.

Working with this Feature:
Accessing Exhibitor List: The list of exhibitors can be accessed under Exhibitor Manual > Exhibitors and the list has the following columns:
Logo
Company Name
Manual Submit - shows the date when all sections of the manual were submitted
Space type
Exhibit Arrival
Material Arrival
Dismantling
Stand Size
Printing and Downloading Reports
Print Service Badge List – Prints a list of all service badges ordered
Download – Exports an Excel file with a list of exhibitors who ordered service badges
Searching and Filtering
Search Field – Allows searching by exhibitor name
Filter by Submission Status
Toggle ON: Displays exhibitors who submitted the selected section(s).
Toggle OFF: Displays exhibitors who did not submit the selected section(s).
Multi-selection: If multiple sections are selected, it shows exhibitors who submitted or did not submit all selected sections.

Exhibitor Counter
A counter displays the number of exhibitors in the list.
Updates dynamically when filters or search criteria are applied.

Reviewing Submitted and Unsubmitted Data
Organiser admins can access exhibitor details and review both submitted and unsubmitted data
Data visibility is configured in the Manual Settings of the corresponding module

Managing Submissions
Show Not Submitted Sections – Displays sections that have not been submitted (as per Manual Settings).
Cancel Order – Cancels the submitted data.
Back to Exhibitors List – Returns to the exhibitor list view.

Troubleshooting:
Exhibitor Not Appearing in Search Results
Ensure the correct spelling of the exhibitor’s name.
Check if filters are applied that may exclude the exhibitor from the list.
Submission Data Not Visible
Confirm that the exhibitor has submitted the manual sections.
Verify Manual Settings to ensure the correct configuration.
Filters Not Working as Expected
Refresh the page and reapply filters.
Ensure the correct sections are selected for filtering.
Service Badge List Not Downloading
Check if there are any service badge orders placed.
Ensure pop-ups and downloads are allowed in the browser settings.
