Overview
The Meeting Ratings feature lets participants share feedback on meetings they have attended. Ratings help improve future matching, surface stronger leads, and give the organiser visibility into the quality of meetings happening on site.
Where Meeting Ratings appear
The Meeting Ratings section is shown to the user in the Meeting Program once a meeting has finished. It groups all meetings that are eligible for feedback so the user can rate them in one place.
-
Only meetings with a status of Confirmed or Took Place are eligible for rating.
-
A meeting becomes rateable once its scheduled end time has passed.
-
Once a meeting has been rated, it is removed from the pending list and the rating is stored on the meeting record.
Ratings section layout
The section is displayed as a list of cards, one per rateable meeting. Each card shows:
-
The other participant's photo and name.
-
Company and job title.
-
Meeting date and time.
-
A Rate meeting call to action.
If there are no pending meetings to rate, the section is hidden from the page.
Rating popup
Selecting Rate meeting opens the rating popup. The popup is the only place where the rating can be submitted.
Popup contents
-
Meeting summary — participant name, company, and meeting time.
-
Star rating — 1 to 5 stars. A rating is required before the form can be submitted.
-
Optional comment — free-text field for additional feedback. Not visible to the other participant.
-
Submit and Cancel buttons.
Popup behaviour
-
The Submit button is disabled until at least one star is selected.
-
On submit, the rating is saved, a success toast is shown, and the card is removed from the pending list.
-
Closing the popup without submitting keeps the meeting in the pending list so it can be rated later.
-
One rating per participant per meeting. The popup cannot be reopened once submitted.
Visibility and privacy
-
Ratings and comments are not shared with the rated participant.
-
Ratings are visible to the organiser through admin reporting tools.
-
Average rating values are used to inform matchmaking quality but are not displayed publicly on profiles.
Edge cases
-
Cancelled meetings — never appear in the ratings section.
-
Meetings still in progress — do not appear until the scheduled end time has passed.
-
No-show meetings — still eligible for rating if the meeting was confirmed.
