Overview
The Pre-registered List is the Admin Panel view that shows everyone who has been registered into a Meeting Program before the booking phase opens.
This page covers the three areas of the Pre-registered List in the Admin Panel:

Opening the list
In the Admin Panel, open the Meeting Program and select the Pre-registered tab. The list loads the participants currently registered into the program.
The list view
Each row represents one participant. Columns shown by default include the participant's name, company, role (Buyer / Seller / Participant as defined for the program), and registration date. Use the column headers to sort the list.
From each row the organiser can:

Open the participant's profile to review their details.

Remove the participant from the pre-registered list if they should no longer be part of the program.
Counters and dashboards
Above the list, the counter strip summarises the make-up of the pre-registered audience at a glance. Counters typically include:

Total pre-registered — overall headcount in the program.

A breakdown by role (for example Buyers vs Sellers vs Participants) so organisers can see whether the balance matches the program design.
The counters refresh automatically as participants are added or removed.
Tip: Use the role breakdown counters to spot imbalance early. If one side of the program is under-represented before the booking window opens, the meeting volume on launch day will be lower than expected — top up the smaller side from the Add Users pop-up.
Add Users button and pop-up
The Add Users button is at the top of the Pre-registered List. Use it to add one or more users to the program without waiting for them to self-register.
How it works

Click Add Users. A pop-up opens with a searchable list of event users who are not yet pre-registered in this Meeting Program.

Search by name, company or email, or filter by user type / role to narrow the list.

Select one or more users using the checkboxes.

Confirm to add them. The selected users are immediately registered into the program and appear in the Pre-registered List with the standard pre-registered status.
The pop-up shows a running count of how many users are currently selected so it is clear how many will be added on confirmation.
Tip: Add Users is the right tool for VIPs, late additions, or for bulk-loading a curated buyer group. It does not bypass any role or eligibility rules configured for the program — users still need to satisfy the program's role configuration to be added.
