Timeline - Admin View

Overview

Every Meeting Program in the Admin Panel has a Timeline and Counters area at the top of the program landing view. The timeline shows the program's stages and where the program currently sits in the booking lifecycle. The counters give a real-time read of activity — registrations, requests and confirmed meetings.

Together they are the organiser's at-a-glance health check for the program.

The timeline

The timeline shows the configured stages of the Meeting Program — for example, registration opens, booking opens, booking closes, the live event days, and post-event. The current stage is highlighted, and past stages are visually marked as complete.

This is the system timeline, driven by the dates configured for the program.

The counters

The counter strip sits next to the timeline and refreshes automatically as participants act on the program. Counters typically include:

  • Pre-registered — total participants registered into the program, with a breakdown by role.

  • Requests sent — total meeting requests created by participants.

  • Confirmed meetings — total meetings that have been accepted and scheduled.

  • Declined / cancelled — for visibility on drop-off.

Clicking a counter typically drills through to the matching list (for example, clicking Confirmed opens the Confirmation List filtered to confirmed meetings).

Tip: The most useful counter to watch the day before booking closes is Requests sent. If it is plateauing, send a reminder — confirmed meetings can only grow from existing requests, so lifting requests first is the lever.
