Reports for Meeting Program

The Meeting Program reports section gives organisers visibility into matching performance, meeting volumes, acceptance behaviour, and table or location utilisation throughout the event lifecycle.

Available reports

  • Meeting summary — total meetings created, accepted, declined, cancelled and held, broken down by day and participant type.

  • Match generation report — number of suggestions surfaced per generation and uptake rate.

  • Acceptance funnel — conversion from suggestion to accepted meeting per participant or exhibitor.

  • No-show / cancellation tracker — meetings missed or cancelled within configurable windows.

  • Table and location utilisation — occupancy of meeting tables across time slots.

  • Sponsored meeting performance — usage of sponsored meeting allowances per participant.

How to access

Open the admin panel, go to Meeting Program → Reports. Reports can be filtered by date range, participant type, exhibitor and meeting status, and exported as CSV.

Relevance Actions per Exhibitor — tab extension

The Relevance Actions per Exhibitor tab has been extended with additional columns and filters that show what each exhibitor has done with their matches.

What the tab shows

  • Exhibitor — company name and ID.

  • Suggestions received — total relevance-based suggestions surfaced to this exhibitor.

  • Sent requests — meeting requests the exhibitor initiated from those suggestions.

  • Accepted requests — incoming requests the exhibitor accepted.

  • Declined requests — incoming requests the exhibitor declined.

  • No action — suggestions ignored without sending, accepting or declining.

  • Acceptance ratio — accepted / (accepted + declined).

  • Action ratio — (sent + accepted + declined) / suggestions received.

Filters and export

  • Filter by date range, participant type of the counterpart, exhibitor category and minimum relevance score.

  • Export the current view as CSV for offline analysis.

Relevance per Buyer & Participant — tab extension

The Relevance per Buyer & Participant tab now includes equivalent metrics on the buyer / participant side of the matching equation.

What the tab shows

  • Participant — name, type and ID.

  • Suggestions received — total relevance suggestions presented to this participant.

  • Average relevance score — mean score of the suggestions surfaced.

  • Sent / accepted / declined / no action — same action breakdown as the exhibitor tab.

  • Meetings held — meetings that proceeded to the held state.

How to use the data

Combine the two tabs to identify mismatches between exhibitor outreach and buyer responsiveness, segment under-served participants, and tune matching configuration before the next generation runs.
