Reports for Meeting Program
The Meeting Program reports section gives organisers visibility into matching performance, meeting volumes, acceptance behaviour, and table or location utilisation throughout the event lifecycle.
Available reports

Meeting summary — total meetings created, accepted, declined, cancelled and held, broken down by day and participant type.

Match generation report — number of suggestions surfaced per generation and uptake rate.

Acceptance funnel — conversion from suggestion to accepted meeting per participant or exhibitor.

No-show / cancellation tracker — meetings missed or cancelled within configurable windows.

Table and location utilisation — occupancy of meeting tables across time slots.

Sponsored meeting performance — usage of sponsored meeting allowances per participant.
How to access
Open the admin panel, go to Meeting Program → Reports. Reports can be filtered by date range, participant type, exhibitor and meeting status, and exported as CSV.
Relevance Actions per Exhibitor — tab extension
The Relevance Actions per Exhibitor tab has been extended with additional columns and filters that show what each exhibitor has done with their matches.
What the tab shows

Exhibitor — company name and ID.

Suggestions received — total relevance-based suggestions surfaced to this exhibitor.

Sent requests — meeting requests the exhibitor initiated from those suggestions.

Accepted requests — incoming requests the exhibitor accepted.

Declined requests — incoming requests the exhibitor declined.

No action — suggestions ignored without sending, accepting or declining.

Acceptance ratio — accepted / (accepted + declined).

Action ratio — (sent + accepted + declined) / suggestions received.
Filters and export

Filter by date range, participant type of the counterpart, exhibitor category and minimum relevance score.

Export the current view as CSV for offline analysis.
Relevance per Buyer & Participant — tab extension
The Relevance per Buyer & Participant tab now includes equivalent metrics on the buyer / participant side of the matching equation.
What the tab shows

Participant — name, type and ID.

Suggestions received — total relevance suggestions presented to this participant.

Average relevance score — mean score of the suggestions surfaced.

Sent / accepted / declined / no action — same action breakdown as the exhibitor tab.

Meetings held — meetings that proceeded to the held state.
How to use the data
Combine the two tabs to identify mismatches between exhibitor outreach and buyer responsiveness, segment under-served participants, and tune matching configuration before the next generation runs.
