Incoming Meetings Variable

Feature Purpose:

Allows for the inclusion of each user’s incoming meeting requests in marketing emails to help drive engagement and maximize exhibitor leads

Key Features of the Incoming Meeting Variable

• Clickable Meeting Names: Users can click on the name of a meeting to be directed to the Meetings page in My Schedule.

• Limited Meeting Display: The variable shows only the first two meetings from the My Meetings/Incoming tab. These are the top meetings, providing a focused snapshot of the most relevant upcoming events.

• Attendee Display: The variable features icons for two randomly selected attendees of the meeting. If there are more than two attendees, a "+n" icon indicates the additional attendees. In cases where there are only three attendees, no "+n" icon is shown, and all three attendees are displayed directly.

• Icon Order: The display order for attendee icons starts with the participants from the other side of the meeting. The icons of any co-attendees from the user's side (the email recipient) follow, ensuring clarity in identifying meeting participants. Additionally, the user's icon is also displayed.

• Meeting Time and Location: The new variable clearly shows the date, time, and location of the meeting. For meeting times, only the local time is displayed to avoid confusion.

Can I see the list of all incoming meetings under My Schedule in the campaign email when using the ‘Incoming Meetings’ variable?

Answer:

The variable when used will only list the first 2 incoming meetings from the schedule.
