The standard platform notifications, and standard timings, are shown in the table below.
The timing of the session notifications can be customised at Management > Sessions > Config, in the General Settings column using the Notifications Before Session/Exhibitor Event Start (mins) setting with the option to select multiple time periods (ex. 30 minutes before start time and 5 minutes before start time, resulting in 2 separate notifications for the same session).
Adjusting the timing here will impact both web and mobile app notifications.
