Troubleshooting:
Question:
An attendee received an email campaign with blank ‘Recommended Exhibitors' and ‘Recommended Products’, what could the reason be?
Answer:
Please ensure that the attendee has added their Interest categories in their profile as the Recommendations are based on the Matchmaking algorithm.
Question:
When an attendee clicks on the ‘Activation’ button in the email campaign, they see a message ‘Account already active’ but the user never logged in or activated their profile.
Answer:
Please check the logs to see if they were manually activated from the back office or sent with ‘Active’ status via the API if in use.
