Public Meeting Display
Overview
The speed networking module provides a link that organisers can use to display the schedule of all meetings in the speed networking session on a large screen, providing easy reference for session participants.
The Public Meeting Display link can be copied from the admin panel at /admin/speedNetworking, the “Schedule“ tab.

Screen states
Meetings start in (no schedule)
Countdown that appears before schedule is generated and sent
Meetings start in (schedule)
The interface will be switched to this screen as soon as final schedules are generated and sent
The schedule table consists of the list of participants (first column), meetings (the rest of the columns), countdown until the next “checkpoint“ and pagination.
Meetings table
Participant column contains participants’s photo and name and surname.
Meeting columns contains meeting participant’s photo, name, surname and table number.
The table has an automatical horizontal scroll when there are more than 5 meetings in the session.
The pagination in the table is automatic with each page shown for 15 seconds
When there is a horizontal scroll, the meetings that have ended will scroll to the left and will not be displayed after the break
Countdown
The countdown until the meetings. This is a visual circle scale that fills in gradually as the time until meetings reduces.
Meeting ends in
As soon as a meeting starts, the respective meeting column becomes green and the countdown changes to “Meetings end in“, The timer then counts the time down until the end of the current meeting.
Break ends in
As soon as the meeting ends, the meeting column becomes gray and a small yellow column appears representing the break between meetings.
The countdown timer changes colour to yellow and shows the time until the end of the break.
After the break ends the yellow column disappears and the next meeting column becomes green and the timer changes to “Meetings end in“.
There is no break after the last meeting.
Session is over
As soon as all meetings have ended, the “Session is over“ screen appears with festive confetti
