Floor Plan page
If in the admin panel - Management - Floor plan the floorplan is enabled and configured, then the user has the ability to set an Exhibitor on one or more stands on the Floor plan.
If Floor plan was configured, then user can see Floor plan settings in the Floor Plan tab of exhibitor profile edit.
Here the user can:
zoom in / zoom out all images of Halls of Floor plan
pick Halls from the drop down menu
use stand search by name
select Hall and Stands by clicking on them in the image
add / delete stand or stands for Exhibitor
see selected stand on the image as highligted stand
By clicking on the Hall and on the stand image inside the Hall user can Add Stand as a place of Exhibitor or Canel this click use Cancel Button. After adding each stand is shown on the rigt side of the screen in the Stands column. From the Stands Column user can Delete stand from the list or pick Show on Floor plan. If stand was deleted it disappears from the list and Exhibitor is no more related to deleted stand. If user pick “Show on Floor plan” then this stand becomes highlited in the Hall where it is located.
In the “Stands” column is shown Hall name of all chosen stands (over them).
From the Halls dropdown menu user has the ability to relocate to another Hall and continue working with stands on the selected Hall.
There is the ability to search Stands by stand name. After entering stand name it is shown in the search list. There are Hall name shown with each stand which was found on the Floor plan. User has the ability to add found stand as stand where Exhibitor located by clicking on the “Add” button near the stand name. If user click on the searched stand it is shown in the Hall and becomes highlited.
The Search was replaced with a searchable selector, and the name was changed from Search to Stands. In the selector itself, the "Delete stands" button was renamed to "remove stands". Also, we do not write the name of the hall in the selector, because the search works only within one hall.
If no Floor plan is configured, the Floor Plan tab in the Exhibitor settings will be missing (absent). In this case, the rest of the tabs in the Exhibitor profile navigation should be proportionally stretched on the screen.
