Misc. exhibitor settings

Feature Purpose:

Additional settings to further customize the exhibitor entitlements and experience on the platform

Working with this feature:

Below are the miscellaneous exhibitor settings

Allow to create products when limit is reached

When enabled, exhibitors can add new products over their limit but without ability to set the product as ‘Active’. However, these products will still remain under the exhibitor’s product section and can be used later in case the event organizer increases the ‘Active’ products limit.

Default exhibitor logo

This setting allows organizer to upload an image that will be used as an exhibitor logo for exhibitors who have not uploaded their own logo. If default logo is not uploaded, exhibitors without logo will have automatically generated logo placeholder. This setting works only for web – there is a separate setting for mobile applications.

Troubleshooting:

Question:

The exhibitors for an event are not that engaged and most of them have not uploaded a logo due to which we see placeholder images on the website. Can we upload a default exhibitor logo as per the event’s branding?

Answer:

Yes, this can be uploaded in the Admin Panel under Registration settings >>> Exhibitor >>> Additional settings >>> Default exhibitor logo.

Question:

The exhibitor has an active product allowance of 5 but have managed to add 10 products in total. How is that possible?

Answer:

Since the setting ‘Allow to create products when limit is reached’ is ‘ON’ under Registration settings >>> Exhibitor >>> Additional settings, the exhibitor can add as many products as they wish however, they can only activate the products based on the ‘Active’ products allowance set by the event organizer.
