Auto-complete outside meeting time

Overview

If the “Autocomplete outside meeting time“ toggle is ON, then when one side scans the other side's badge, their meeting will be marked as “Complete” automatically, no matter when scan was done even if it was done several days before or after meeting.

Autocomplete functionality is applied to both table and regular meetings.

Only meetings with the status “Confirmed“ can be autocompleted with badge scanning.

Export

A “Meeting completion“ column has been added to the “Meetings” export file at /admin/data. This column contains data about meeting completion. If the meeting was completed it show“Yes”, if the meeting was not completed it shows “No“.

API

A “Meeting completion“ parameter has been added to the APIv2. This parameter contains data about meeting completion. If the meeting was completed set “Yes”, if the meeting was not completed set “No“.
