Block Time Settings. Meeting Scheduling (WEB)

Allowed meeting times can be limited by:

  • Allowed online/offline times in the admin panel

  • Blocked time

  • Sessions at which to speak or moderate

  • Exhibitor events at which to speak or moderate

  • Sessions to attend

  • Exhibitor events to attend

  • Confirmed meetings

  • Pending meetings – if the setting “Block time slots for pending meetings“ at /admin/appointments is turned on

  • Incoming meetings – if the setting “Block time slots for pending meetings“ at /admin/appointments is turned on

Please note - If you have uploaded a floorplan (or will), you must also actively set and then save the hours that each hall is open on the floorplan configuration page in order for allowed times to work properly.
