Centralized Email Template Management

Email templates for Speed Networking, Meeting Program, and Concierge Meetings are now managed directly within each meeting format under Meeting Formats in the Admin Panel.

Speed Networking

To manage email templates for Speed Networking, navigate to:

Meeting Formats >> Speed Networking >> Email templates

These templates were previously located under Networking & Matchmaking >> Meetings >> Email Templates >> Speed Networking Templates. They have been moved to this new location. Existing template IDs and email triggers are unchanged.

Meeting Program

To manage email templates for Meeting Program, navigate to:

Meeting Formats >> Meeting Program >> Email templates

These templates were previously located under Networking & Matchmaking >> Meetings >> Email Templates >> Meeting Program Email Templates. They have been moved to this new location. Existing template IDs and email triggers are unchanged.

Concierge Meetings

To manage email templates for Concierge Meetings, navigate to:

Meeting Formats >> Concierge Meetings >> Email templates

This tab contains two groups of templates:

Meeting Wizard templates

The following 6 templates have been moved from Networking & Matchmaking >> Meetings >> Email Templates >> Meeting Wizard:

Two-way sync: Edits made to any of these templates under Meeting Formats >> Concierge Meetings >> Email templates are automatically reflected under Networking & Matchmaking >> Meetings >> Email Templates >> General Templates, and vice versa.

Permissions

The Email templates tab is visible and editable to any organizer with permission to configure Networking & Meetings for the event. All changes are event-scoped and do not affect other events.
