Meeting Info

On the header of the page the logo of the participant is diplayed (or the exhibitor logo if meeting is betwen exhibitors) aong with the “Meeting subject” entered during meeting request
Date of meeting

Meeting date and meeting time (for event location and user location if they are different)

Displaying local time or not can be managed on Admin panel → General settings → Do not show Local time on the Frontend (Web and App) toggle

Meeting status
May be: Incoming/ Pending/ Confirmed / Cancelled
Meeting Place
Meeting location than was selected during the meeting request (if a stand, and stands are managed on the Floor Plan, then there is a redirect to Floor Plan location
Description

Description of the meeting that was written during the meeting request process
Participants from both sides

The participant/exhibitor cards (the same as on the Exhibitor and Participant lists) with interaction buttons based of their personal account settings

Cards are interactive and open the relevant participant/exhibitor public profile
Related Content Settings

Exhibitors can upload content that is then avaiable during the meeting requiest process.

This can be allowwed/disallowed under Admin panel → Networking&Matchmaking → Meetings → Enable file attachment in meeting request

File size can be managed in Admin panel → General settings → Max upload file size

For Android only→ For online meetings only, it also possible to display the exhibitor content/products that were uploaded in the exhibitor owner account
Action Buttons: Cancel / Reschedule / Confirm

Cancel → displays “Cancel meeting” pop up for meeting cancellation

Reschedule → Starts meeting reschedule flow

Please note- the meeting reschedule function will be prohibited if the setting Admin panel → Networking&Matchmaking → Meetings → Disallow meeting reschedule is turned on

Confirm → Confirms meeting request

Button is hidden for confirmed meetings

If the “Meeting auto-confirm” function is turned ON the Confirm button will not display
