App My Schedule Page
Feature Purpose:
Allows event participants to view their personal event schedule through the event mobile app
Working with this Feature:
This option exists under the ‘My Account’ menu item for attendees and the same exists as ‘Team Schedule’ for exhibitors under My Company (Exhibitor).

Here are some functionalities within this feature in the mobile app:
Download schedule: Agenda emailed to the user. By default, the agenda is always sent in PDF format. However, the organizer can change the default format to xls by configuring it in the Admin Panel under Networking & Matchmaking → Meetings → Download My Schedule in xlsx format toggle.


Sync with calendar may be turned ON/OFF: Admin panel → General settings → External Calendar Sync. The calendars can be synced with Outlook and Google.
It is also possible to sync attendees list with the calender and this will enable additional user emails for meetings. In order to activate this, navigate to the Admin panel → General settings → External Calendar Sync → Checkbox Include attendees sync.

Under filters, all activity types are displayed if they are scheduled in your diary.

The default view ( list or calendar) is managed in the Admin panel under General settings → Schedule view by default

Agenda
Scheduled activities for a selected day are grouped by hours.

Troubleshooting:
Question:
What is the default format in which the schedule is downloaded?
Answer:
PDF format.
Question:
I am unable to see the attendees after syncing the schedule to my Outlook calendar.
Answer:
Please ensure that the ‘Include attendees sync for Outlook (will enable additional user emails for meetings)’ setting is enabled under Event setup >>> General settings >>> External calendar sync.

Question:
I can’t see the confirmed meetings filter under Filters in My Schedule.
Answer:
Filters only appear once an activity is scheduled which means that there are no confirmed meetings to display.
Question:
I am a team member but can’t view my team’s schedule. Is there a way to view the entire team schedule in the mobile app?
Answer:
Yes, you need to login using the company profile and go under ‘My Company (Exhibitor)’ >>> Team Schedule.
Question:
Can I change the schedule export report format to excel?
Answer:
By default, the export is in PDF format but the event organizer can change this to xls by configuring the below setting under Networking & Matchmaking >>> Meetings:

Question:
I have 2 confirmed meetings and 3 sessions I am speaking (all scheduled today) at but these are not visible under My schedule.
Answer:
There might be a sync delay, please log out, refresh the app and try again.
