Registration with Approval

After a registration is completed, the registrant appears in the participants list with “Registered“ status and an “Approve“ button.
By clicking on the Approve button the organiser can approve that registration and that registrant will now have “Approved“ status.
The approval will trigger an activation email with an activation link
The registrant will become active, with “Active“ status after following the activation link in the email.
Works with participant registration only.

This flow can be enabled by switching ON the “Private Event (by invitation only)“ and “With public access to registration“ toggles at /admin/general/edit (Event setup > General)

A registrant only receives an activation email AFTER their registration has been approved by the organiser
