Limited Registration

Feature Purpose:

Allows the organiser to place a cap on the total number of registrants

Working with this Feature:

• Can be enabled in the admin panel at /admin/registration/settings using the “Limit registrations“ toggle.

• When the toggle is turned ON, the “Number of limit“ input field appears under the toggle setting.

• When number of registrants reaches the limit, all subsequent users receive the “Visitor waiting list“ email and are placed into the waiting list with the “In waiting list“ status. The organizer then has the option to approve those users and after this those users will be removed from the waiting list and will receive an email with the activation link.

Once the limit number has been saved, the new email template then becomes available under Registration emails=> visitor => visitor waiting list
