Private Event

Limit event participation to only those who have been invited

Access the Settings: Go to your event's admin panel and find the "General Settings" section.
Toggle Privacy: Look for a setting labeled "Private Event (by invitation only)". Turn it on.
Enable Registration: If you want people to register for your private event with approval, turn on the "With public access to registration" toggle.

FLOW FOR PRIVATE WITH PUBLIC REGISTRATION

Public Registration: If you've made your event private, public registration won't work. Trying to access the registration page will redirect visitors to the main event page.
Exhibitor Registration: Exhibitors can still register for private events.
Adding participants to backend: You can import or send via api you visitor list.
Inviting Participants: To invite people, send them the "Visitor private registration" email. In this email you can add a link to the registration form so users can finish their registration or a activation link.
Activating account: After finishing the form or clicking on the activation link, their profile will be active.
