Overview
Profile detail pop-ups are the expanded views that open when a participant clicks a card anywhere in the Meeting Program — Matches List, Schedule, Connections list, or search results. They keep the user in context without forcing a full page navigation.
There are two pop-up types: the User Profile Details pop-up for individual people, and the Exhibitor Profile Details pop-up for company stands.
How pop-ups behave
-
The pop-up opens as a modal overlay on top of the current page.
-
The underlying page is dimmed and scroll-locked until the pop-up is closed.
-
The pop-up can be closed via the X button, the Escape key, or by clicking outside the modal.
-
A direct shareable link to the profile is generated and can be copied from the pop-up header.
User Profile Details pop-up
This pop-up shows the full public profile of another delegate, speaker, or buyer.
Header area
-
Large profile photo, full name, pronouns if shared.
-
Job title and company, with company name linking to the exhibitor stand if the user is affiliated with one.
-
Country flag and city.
-
Primary action buttons: Request meeting, Send message, Favourite.

Privacy controls
-
Sections only appear if the user has chosen to make that data visible.
-
Blocked users and users who have opted out of networking are not surfaced.
-
The viewer's identity is not revealed to the profile owner unless they take an action such as sending a meeting request.
Exhibitor Profile Details pop-up
This pop-up shows the full public profile of an exhibitor stand. It is richer than the User pop-up because exhibitors typically have marketing assets, products, and a whole team behind them.
Header area
-
Company logo, trading name, and tagline.
-
Stand number, hall, and a "view on floorplan" link.
-
Favourite stand button and a Request meeting button (which lets the participant choose a team member or let the exhibitor route the request).

Visitor analytics
Every time the pop-up is opened, the visit is logged for the exhibitor's lead reporting (subject to the participant's privacy consent at registration). The participant is not notified individually.
Responsive behaviour
-
On desktop the pop-up is centred and roughly 720px wide.
-
On tablets it expands to 90% of the viewport.
-
On the mobile web view it becomes a full-screen sheet with a back arrow instead of a modal X.
