Overview
The Meeting Program display filters let users narrow the lists of matches, requests and confirmed meetings shown to them. This release extends the filter set with additional criteria and an improved combination UI.
New filter criteria
-
Meeting status — pending, accepted, declined, cancelled, held, no-show.
-
Meeting type — free, sponsored, premium.
-
Date and time slot — specific day, morning / afternoon, or custom hour range.
-
Counterpart type — exhibitor, buyer, speaker, sponsor or custom participant type.
-
Country and region of the counterpart.
-
Industry / category tags applied to the counterpart.
-
Favourites only — restrict to participants marked as favourite.
-
Mutual interest — restrict to counterparts where mutual selection has occurred.
How filters combine
-
Multiple filters are applied with AND semantics — a record must satisfy every active filter.
-
Within a single multi-select filter (e.g. multiple countries), OR semantics apply.
-
Active filters are shown as removable chips above the list so users can see what is in effect.
-
A Clear all control resets the filter state in one click.
Persistence
-
Filter selections persist for the user across navigation within the Meeting Program for the current session.
-
Filters reset on logout and on event switch.
Where the filters apply
The extended filter set is available on Matches, Requests, Schedule and Networking lists. Some filters are hidden where they are not applicable to that list (for example, meeting status is hidden on Matches because matches are not yet meetings).
