RFP (Request for Proposal)

Within the community, the platform offers a request for proposal (RFP) feature which allows someone interested in purchasing a particular product to send their specifications (quantity, country to ship to, timing, etc.) to multiple exhibitors offering that product at once.

Each exhibitor can then review the request and either accept it to continue the conversation or decline it.
