RFP Notifications

Feature Purpose:

To provide email and in-platform notifications to Exhibitors and Visitors about the status of a particular RFP

Working with the Feature:

1) Exhibitor in-platform notifications

Exhibitors receive a notification about an incoming RFP request as shown on front end below :

2) Exhibitor email notifications

Exhibitors receive an email that uses the template “RFP requested“ after a visitor sends him an RFP request. This email template can be configured from Networking & Matchmaking>>RFP.

If the RFP limit setting has been turned ON, the requester info in the email will be hidden as shown below

3) Visitor in-platform notifications

Visitors receive a notification about the action the exhibitor has taken on a particular RFP request as shown on front end below :

4) Visitor email notifications

Visitors receive an email that uses the template “RFP accepted” after their request was accepted by an exhibitor. This email template can be configured from Networking & Matchmaking>>RFP.

Troubleshooting:

  • If the RFP limit setting is turned ON in the RFP settings section, requester info in the email will be hidden

  • This feature is only applicable for web and not for the mobile app
