RFP Approval

Feature Purpose:

Allows exhibitors to accept or decline RFP requests

Working with this Feature:

Each exhibitor has the opportunity to review each RFP request that is sent to them. The exhibtior can then choose to accept or decline that particular RFP request.

When the exhibitor accepts the request, its request status changes to “RFP Accepted“, and the Meet and Message then buttons appear. The request Initiator also receives an email and a notification that the request was accepted.

When exhibitor rejects the request, its request status changes to “RFP Declined“ and the request Initiator is notified.

Troubleshooting:

  • If there is a specific report that an RFP wasn’t accepted/declined/being actioned by the Exhibitor, please ensure that the necessary RFP email templates are configured and enabled and that notifications are configured.
