Overview
Meeting reports now include a Parent Exhibitor Name column. When a child exhibitor's team member is involved in a meeting, the report shows both the child exhibitor (in the existing exhibitor name column) and the parent exhibitor company they belong to.
Why this matters
-
Group stands, head offices and pavilions can now see meeting activity rolled up by the parent company without losing the child-level detail.
-
Organisers can filter, sort or pivot meeting data by parent exhibitor when reporting on sponsorship value, ROI or stand performance.
-
Removes the need to manually map child exhibitors back to their parent when consolidating reporting.
Where to find the column
-
Go to Reports in the admin panel.
-
Open the relevant Meetings report (for example, the meetings list export or scheduled meetings report).
-
The Parent Exhibitor Name column appears alongside the existing exhibitor columns.
What the column shows
-
If the exhibitor on the meeting is a child exhibitor, the column shows the name of that exhibitor's parent exhibitor.
-
If the exhibitor on the meeting is a standalone exhibitor (no parent set), the column will be empty.
-
The exhibitor and parent exhibitor relationship is taken from the parent-child setup in the exhibitor profile.
