Loading Screen (app)

The loading screen (the image displayed after the user has entered their credentials) can be customized for your mobile app. The screen can be set up in the mobile app builder on the Features page.

For visitor accounts ONLY there is the option to use the user’s digital badge as the loading screen and where the user has multiple roles in the event they’ll be able to select which badge to display.

On events where external badges are being used, using the badge as the loading screen is not an option
