Session Export Report

This article details how the session report can be exported from admin panel and what all details it includes

How to Export Session Report

  1. Navigate to Data Import/Export Export Click on Export button

  2. A file in XLS format will be generated

  3. Click on the file generated to download it on your device

The session export file contains the following column/data

  1. Session Id

  2. Session Name

  3. Session/Event: If the added session is a regular session or an exhibitor event

  4. Exhibitor ID and Exhibitor Name

  5. Session Logo, Background, Text color

  6. Session Date and Session timings

  7. Session Description, Tracks, Types, Tags, Session Language,

  8. Product Category and Session Language

  9. Featured and Active Session: This column records data as "Yes" or "No" depending on whether the session is marked as Active or Featured in their respective columns.

  10. Speaker and Moderator Id details

  11. Online Session, Type of Online Session ( Breakout, External, Live Stream and On-Demand)

  12. Embed Code: If the embed code is added for any session

  13. Green Room: This column shows yes if the green roon enabled and No if not enabled

  14. Demand Session (Start and End date): Shows the On-Demand Session Start Date and End Date

  15. External Link: Details of external link in case of an external session added

  16. Enable Registration: The column shows Yes if registration is enabled and No if registration is disabled not

  17. Session Price, Schedule Limit: Show the details of the session price and the max count of users who can schedule the event

  18. Max Tickets: Column shows the count of Max tickets that can be purchased for the session

  19. Visible To: If the session is marked visible to specific user category only

  20. Make Visible to All: If this column contains Yes, it means that the session is visible to all user category

  21. Explanation Tooltip: Show the tooltip if added

  22. Content File: This column shows the details of any file/document is attached to the session

  23. Exhibitor event status - shows the status of the exhibitor event including the new one Rejected for security concern

  24. Offensive content reports - This column will quantify the number of times a session has been reported for offensive content by users.

  25. Critical: This column captures the details of the session tagged as Critical while creating a session

  26. Notes: This column captures the notes added while creating a session or exhibitor event

  27. Date of Creation(Exhibitor Event): This column captures the date when the exhibitor event was created or submitted for approval

  28. Date of last edit(Exhibitor Event): This column captures the date when the exhibitor event was last edited by the exhibitor
