Meetings Export

Using the meeting export the organiser can get detailed information about the meetings that have been set up in the event by users.

Meeting Export File

The meeting export file contains:

  • Unique meeting ID

  • Creation date and time - The time and date when the meeting was requested

  • Appointment Date and Time - The time and date for which the meeting is scheduled.

  • Location - where the meeting will take place (hall, stand number, online).

  • Meeting role - Initiator (who requested) and Receiver of the request, as well, as their respective ID.

  • Details of the initiator (the one who requests the meeting).

  • Details of the receiver (the one who receives the meeting request).

  • Account Rating, Account comment, Account rating creation time, Account rating creation date - the feedback on the meeting.

  • Meeting Completed: All confirmed meetings will be shown as completed when meeting participants scan badges

  • Parent Exhibitor Name: This column displays the name of the parent exhibitor, whose child exhibitor or its team member has/had a meeting. If no parent exhibitor is related to the Initiator/Receiver side meeting, the respective cell is empty.

Parent Exhibitor Details
  • Meeting Tags: Displays the details of the meeting tags selected while creating the meeting. If the meeting is created by using API /api/v2/meetings/export endpoint the “Meeting tags associated with the meeting will also be included in the Meeting Export File. If multiple tags are attached to the meeting, they all are visible in the same column separated by comma and space.
