Basic event settings (Organiser Client)

With the organiser client management system the following setings can be managed for an individual event:

Event name

Event date

Event location

External URL

Email domain

Frontend language configuration

Country management

Please note- under Event Setup > General > Settings there is a setting called “Fake email generation for existing account emails (for import and API only)”.

If this setting is activated, the system identifies and highlights accounts with a fake email address created through import and API.

While updating an existing account via API and import:

  • If the setting is turned off, existing accounts are updated

  • If the setting is turned on, NEW accounts are created
