Schedule Filters

When the user presses the “Filters“ button, a filters menu appears with two paramaters:

• Activities

• Activity key

The Activities filter always has 3 options: All, Diary Activities, and Optional Activities. Only one can be selected at a time and by default the selection is set to “All”.

The Activity key contains the list of items that the user has on the specified day, and is synchronized with the items in the “Activity legend“ block.

If the user doesn’t have any items in his schedule, these would not be shown for him in Legend and Filters. For example, if he is not a speaker or moderator on any session, there is no need to show him Sessions to Speak/Moderate.

Every item in the activity key has a checkbox. By default all items are checked- that means that all available event types are shown in the team member’s schedule. When the exhibitor unchecks any item, schedule items of that unchecked type disappear from the filtered schedule.
