Round Tables Report

Overview

A dedicated Round Tables report is now available, giving organisers an at-a-glance, per-session breakdown of how participants engaged with each Round Tables session — from application volume through to final seating and any unassigned overflow.

Where the per-session Attendees list shows individual placements, the Round Tables Report aggregates the same data at session and topic level so organisers can quickly evaluate the success of each session and identify topics that were oversubscribed or under-attended.

What the report includes

  • Session-level totals: total applications, total participants placed, total Unassigned, and the active Max number of tables setting for the session.

  • Topic-level breakdown: for each topic in the session — number of applications, number of participants placed, number of tables used for that topic, and average occupancy per table.

  • Per-participant detail: participant name and category, applied topic(s), assigned topic and table, and Participation status (Placed / Unassigned).

Accessing the report

The report is available from the Round Tables session in the admin panel, alongside the existing Attendees list and Topics tab. It can be viewed in-platform and exported as an .xlsx file for offline analysis or for sharing with stakeholders.

When to use it

  • Before the Final Schedule — to confirm that placement is balanced across topics and to identify any Unassigned participants that need manual resolution.

  • After the event — as a record of attendance and engagement per topic, and as input into planning for the next event's Round Tables programme.
