Resync scans

Note for organisers: This function has been implemented only on Android devices.

Under the “Settings” tab in the burger menu the button “Force scan sync” may be shown. Internallly , ExpoPlatform developers can hide/unhide this option using the Firebase feature toggle (Firebase → Remote Config → android_resync_scans)

There is also an “I” icon on the scan list after tapping the opened information block that explains this feature and gives the option of redirection on the “Settings” page
