Scanned me list
Feature Purpose:
To track all users who have scanned my badge.
Working with this feature:
By default, this feature is disabled under Admin panel → Networking & Matchmaking → Contact sharing → Enable Scanned Me List.
Using this feature in the mobile app:
Search options are First name, Last name, Company and Job title.
Sorting in the app can be based on First name, Last name, Company, Job title and Scan Date. The data in the mobile app is sorted by ‘Scan Date’ by default.
Display Defaults and Options:
The Scanned me list displays all account types that scan your badge: Exhibitors, team members and participants.
Data displayed on Visitor card by default: Logo, Full name, Job title, Company name
Data displayed on Exhibitor card by default: Logo, Company name, Country, City
If the ‘Show category/role in the scan lists in app’ option under Admin panel → Networking & Matchmaking → Contact sharing → Show category/role in Scan lists in app is ON, Exhibitors and Participant cards will display their category/role.
If the “Show Exhibitor Logo for team members in Scan lists in app” option (under Admin panel → Networking & Matchmaking → Contact sharing → Show Exhibitor Logo for team members in Scan lists in app) is ON, the Team Members cards will display their exhibitor owner logo.
“Display image placeholders” settings work the same way as on other pages
If the setting is switched ON and there are no information to display in current tab → placeholder will be displayed.
NOTE: Scanned me list does not work with co-located events scanning, so if someone from a co-located event scans your badge, the record will not appear under the “Scanned Me” list.
For the Scanned me list to work, the Permission Matrix and GDPR visibility settings must be configured correctly. A simple use case is if a user with GDPR/Networking Opt-in = 1 (Opted in) scans My badge and I scan their badge, I will see this user under the scanned Me list). This means that if a user has opted in for Networking (Value = 1) and their badge is scanned, this user’s record will appear under the ‘Scanned me’ list. On the other hand, if the user has opted out of Networking and their badge is scanned, the account won’t be visible in the ‘scanned me’ list.

Networking Opt-in as mentioned in the above example
